Earlimart Family Resource Center
Earlimart Family Resource Center provides accessible services and referrals to families so that they can become self-sufficient and their children can become successful students. The mission is to increase family success by providing a system of services that are culturally sensitive, comprehensive, and responsive to our family's unique needs.
Employment Connection Center
CSET Operates Employment Connection Centers in Visalia, Tulare and Porterville to assist local job seekers. These centers offer job training, job leads, online classes and workshops to help you find a job or improve job skills.
Energy Efficiency
CSET's subsidiary corporation, Sequoia Energy Services, provides energy efficient upgrades to residential customers throughout the Central Valley. Sequoia Energy Services can save money on your utility bills by upgrading your windows, air conditioning and heating, sealing air leaks and repairing duct work. Sequoia Energy Services also offers custom-designed solar energy systems to fit your home's needs.
Families Improving Education
This program helps to build capacity in parents in the community of Earlimart through hands on opportunities.
Family Crisis Resources
Through a partnership with the Community of Cutler Orosi and the Weed and Seed Program, CSET provides assessment and referral services to families from the target area impacted by Gang and Drug Sweeps.

CSET offers a variety of programs to assist local residents with maintaining and improving their housing situation. The programs include:
Income Tax Preparation
CSET offers free income tax preparation service to Tulare County residents with household income under $50,000 through our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. These services are offered at our offices in Visalia, Tulare, Porterville, and Orosi from February 1st through April 15th.
Recycling
The Sequoia Community Corps provides environmentally safe and convenient CRV and Electronic waste recycling services while supporting CSET’s mission to strengthen youth, families and communities.
Tulare Family Resource Center
The Tulare Family Resource Center provides multiple services to families based on their unique needs. Programs are geared to strengthen the families’ self-sufficiency. The Family Resource Center is a one stop shop, giving families access to services ranging from nutrition to health and education as well as housing, utility assistance and employment training. The Tulare Family Resource Center refers families and follow up to ensure services are provided.
Welfare to Work
CSET operates a Welfare to Work program in Porterville, Tulare, Visalia and surrounding areas. The program is designed to help individuals who are receiving Cash Aid Welfare to find and maintain stable employment and ultimately become self-sufficient.
