CSET is seeking an entry level HR Assistant. Candidates require a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an HR Department performing general administrative duties. Seeking those that are self motivated with the ability to respond to basic questions and deal with a variety of HR duties including assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee & other personnel records, and assisting with special projects as assigned. SES is a rapidly expanding energy efficiency service provider, which includes Solar PV systems as part of its whole building systems approach, enabling individually designed efficiency and renewable energy solutions for its Clients. Successful candidates will be dynamic, quality conscious, appropriately experienced and qualified, with exceptional customer service skills. Minimum of four years’ experience in a similar position is required.
Salary range $60K - $65K.
