CSET Celebrates 47 Years of Community Action

In celebration of May as Community Action Month, Community Services Employment Training (CSET) is showcasing its impact to the community by recognizing its employees of the year, highlighting participant success stories, and displaying impactful numbers. As the Community Action Agency in Tulare County, CSET addresses the needs of individuals, youth, and families living in poverty. Annually, CSET serves more than 13,000 local residents through a variety of services including job training, financial strengthening, housing, food insecurity, utility assistance, family services, and much more.

“CSET is honored to provide critical programs and resources that help lift individuals and families out of poverty and on the path to self-sufficiency,” shared Mary Alice Escarsega-Fechner, CSET’s Executive Director. “This year, CSET will honor the outstanding contributions of our employees, partners and trainees. Thank you to CSET’s Board of Directors and our partners for your ongoing commitment and service to our mission.”
