CSET Culture

CSET values work-life balance, understanding the importance of family and a healthy workplace. Supervisors work closely with staff so our employees can be there for important life events. We integrate our mission into staff development activities, hosting three all staff meetings each year, and we also recognize several awareness days. Recognizing and celebrating cultural awareness days and months is a positive, fun way to integrate our culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
