For too many Tulare County residents, a place to call home remains out of reach. CSET believes everyone deserves a safe place to live, and our Continuum of Care program helps turn that belief into reality.

Continuum of Care (CoC)

The Continuum of Care (CoC) program is designed to promote a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness. Formerly known as the Supportive Housing Program, CoC helps develop and provide housing and supportive services for individuals transitioning from homelessness to stable, independent living.

The program serves individuals who are experiencing homelessness, including those sleeping in places not meant for human habitation such as cars, parks, sidewalks, or abandoned buildings, as well as those staying in emergency shelters.

CoC program funding helps individuals secure stable housing, increase income and life skills, and gain greater control over decisions that impact their future.
