Why Join CSET?
Culture
CSET values work-life balance and recognizes the importance of family and a healthy work environment. Supervisors work closely with staff to support their ability to be present for important life events.
We integrate our mission into staff development activities by hosting three all-staff meetings each year and recognizing several awareness days throughout the year. Celebrating cultural awareness days and months is a meaningful and engaging way to reinforce our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

CSET is committed to providing a high-quality benefits package, which includes paid vacation, monthly sick leave accrual, and 13 paid holidays each year, including one floating holiday. At the end of each year, employees also receive one week of paid time off as a gift from the Board of Directors.
CSET offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible employees and their qualifying family members. Employees accrue sick leave each month and receive vacation benefits equivalent to two weeks during their first two years of continuous service, increasing to up to three weeks thereafter. Eligible part-time employees accrue vacation leave on a prorated basis.
