Youth Action Board (YAB)
Young people ages 18–24 with lived experience of homelessness in Tulare and Kings Counties are invited to complete an online interest form for the Youth Advisory Board (YAB). Youth board members will connect with community members, participate in service activities, and build skills in civic engagement, professional development, leadership, and personal growth.
According to the Kings and Tulare Counties 2023 Point-in-Time Report, 206 young people under the age of 24 are experiencing unsheltered homelessness across both counties. CSET’s Youth Development Department will facilitate this local youth-led YAB to advocate for and raise awareness about youth homelessness in Tulare and Kings Counties.

Youth Clothing Drive
The Youth Action Board is establishing a Youth Clothing Closet to address the clothing needs of unhoused youth. We are seeking donations of gently used or new clothing for interviews and casual wear for young adults. We are also in need of unused undergarments for both Men and Women. Items can be dropped off at any of the following locations:
