RFP - Complete Electrical System for Metal Building

Community Services and Employment Training (CSET) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified Electrical Contractors for a complete electrical system for a 6,000 square foot Commercial metal building. Project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. Any changes or answers to questions will be issued as an addendum to this webpage. It is the bidder’s responsibility to check for answers to questions or any addenda.

CSET will hold a non-mandatory, Bidders Conference on Thursday, December 11, 2025 @ 11:00 AM at 947 East Douglas Ave., Visalia, CA 93291. This property can be accessed via 939 East Douglas Ave. Bidders interested in participating should confirm via email to Ron Stout, ron.stout@cset.org.
