We are committed to empowering Tulare County's next generation of leaders from all backgrounds and walks of life. By fostering diverse perspectives and shared experiences, we're building stronger leaders and a stronger community. We believe the work we do makes a meaningful difference.
Leading, Educating, Advocating And Dedication (LEAD)
The #LEAD Program is designed to prepare future Tulare County leaders by giving high school juniors and seniors from all high schools across Tulare County the opportunity to engage with local professionals, participate in service-learning community projects, and visit college campuses. #LEAD participants also develop communication skills, learn strategic planning, explore mental health and wellness, and gain valuable leadership experience. Our goal is for every participant to leave the program with a clear set of educational and career goals, along with the confidence, resilience, and skills to make a positive impact in their communities.

#LEAD is a collaborative partnership between the Tulare County Board of Supervisors, the Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency, and CSET, working together to develop the next generation of leaders. The program is open to high school juniors and seniors from all high schools throughout Tulare County.
