PROGRAM OVERVIEW
NextStep (WtW) is an approved program by Tulare County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA). NextStep (WTW) provides assistance to CalWorks recipients eligible for Welfare-to-Work to help achieve each individual’s self-sufficiency goal. NextStep (WTW) provides all the tools & resources you need to get back into the workforce. Those tools include job readiness, employment training, job retention skills and dedicated staff that are helping you every step of the way.
